If anyone here speaks Portuguese, you should check out this book by Ana Caroline Campagnolo called Feminismo: Perversรฃo e Subversรฃo(Feminism: Perversion and Subversion). She's a Brazilian historian and she references Martin Van Crevald a lot in her book.
