How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Contrax Cloud's answer:

Contrax is designed for Services business. i.e. Business who provide services based on an annual contract to business or customers. This could be a SaaS provider, MSP or Pest control company.

What's the story behind your product?

Contrax Cloud's answer:

Contrax was created in 2025 by a SystemAssure ITSM who were frustrated with the inefficient contract management processes they encountered across industries. We wanted to improve the Contract Management of our MSP solutions to gain better insights into the improving our cash flow and margin.

We set out to build a contract management platform that was both powerful and easy to use, with features that address real-world challenges faced by legal teams, procurement departments, and business leaders.

Today, Contrax is used by companies worldwide, from small businesses to large enterprises, helping them streamline their contract workflows and gain valuable insights from their contract data.

Contrax is multi-lingual and multi-currency. It provides AI analysis of your contracts and makes recommendations to help improve your business and financial security.
