Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing CloudPloy and Qria.io.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Qria.io's answer:

Anyone who wishes they could read the minds of their customers. Anyone who wants to ensure they are providing the best service they can and isn't content to just wait for google reviews to come in and hope they contain something useful. Anyone who wants to be proactive about engaging with their customers and understanding their needs.

What makes your product unique?

Qria.io's answer:

Gathering feedback and reviews is only half the job. Extracting meaning from them is the other half. No one has time to sit and read through hundreds of unhelpful, unstructured google reviews, just to end up as in the dark as they were before. Qria lets you ask the questions you want answered, then finds the meaning in the noise for you.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Qria.io's answer:

Dashboards and spreadsheets are all fine and well. We love a graph as much as the next person! But you're busy. You want to spend your time providing a service, not trying to make sense of a novel's worth of text. Qria's AI layer reads the responses for you and gives you actionable, consise overviews and sentiment so you know where to focus.
