As answered by people managing Cloudinary and Zappic.
Zappic's answer:
Zappic emphasizes simplicity and pricing that is easier for agencies and post-production teams to scale, starting with a free plan and scaling to $14.99 per user per month for agencies. For creative and post-production teams that find tools like Frame.io overpowered or overpriced, Zappic is a leaner, workflow-focused alternative.
Zappic's answer:
Zappic.co is primarily built for creative and post-production teams, especially video editing agencies, creative agencies, and animation/VFX teams. Its ICP also includes social media agencies. The main users inside those organizations are editors, producers, project managers, account managers, creative leads, founders, and studio owners who need to reduce revision chaos, centralize feedback, and keep delivery timelines on track.
Zappic's answer:
Zappic was built by founders with 8+ years of experience working closely with clients on the creative side. We understand that most companies do not need the complexity of tools designed for large enterprises. They need a review and approval platform that is simple, flexible, and able to scale based on their unique needs. By combining an out-of-the-box solution with room for custom development and additional features, Zappic delivers a practical experience for every customer.
Zappic's answer:
Zappic started in 2024, when both founders, separately in their own lives, were frustrated with how client approvals and feedbacks were managed. Bryan, being a founder of a creative agency, was tired of excessive revisions from clients and feedback scattered across different platforms like email, Slack, Drive, WhatsApp, etc.
Anirudh, on the other hand, being a marketing head, was tired of working with agencies as feedback was often misinterpreted or missed altogether. Bryan started developing his own solution to fix this problem, while Anirudh started looking for ways to solve it. And while there were options, both of them realized that the existing solutions in the market were either too complex or too simplistic, and didn't truly understand how clients and agencies actually work and think. Their worlds collided in early 2025 when Anirudh and Bryan found each other via a Reddit post and randomly started talking. About 5 months later, they realized they had a common purpose, and a combined experience that most companies in this space are lacking. Hence, Zappic was launched.
