Sorry for the shameless plug, but I built [Cloudhiker](https://cloudhiker.net) exactly for this: exploring great websites. - Source: Hacker News / 6 months ago
Cloudhiker is pretty healthy as a StumbleUpon revival. I've found lots of great personal blogs and sites across a lot of categories through it. https://cloudhiker.net/. - Source: Hacker News / 7 months ago
It's still alive and well! Just burried under a mountain of shit. Also see: https://kagi.com/smallweb https://cloudhiker.net https://randomdailyurls.com. - Source: Hacker News / 10 months ago

I guess the only thing it doesn't have that a SaaS offering could do would be some sort of recommendation engine (which I have... - Source: Hacker News / over 1 year ago
Ttrss (https://tt-rss.org/) self hosted. When Google Reader shut down I switch to feedly for a bit, don't remember now why but for some reason I didn't like it. So I started self hosting my own instance of ttrss and haven't looked back since. - Source: Hacker News / almost 2 years ago
