Most engineering teams run AI coding agents on individual laptops. Close the lid, lose the session. When a new developer joins, they spend hours recreating the same setup.
CloudCLI gives your team shared cloud environments where AI agents run 24/7. Every developer gets their own isolated container, but the team shares MCP servers, context files, and configurations across all projects. Onboarding takes minutes.
Sessions can be started through a full REST API, so workflows in Linear, Jira, or n8n can trigger background coding agents programmatically. A ticket gets filed, an agent starts coding, the developer reviews the PR in the morning.
The web UI and mobile interface include a file explorer, git explorer, and full shell access. Review PRs on your iPad, make fixes from your phone, then pick up in VS Code over SSH.

Subversive Leader is a leadership coaching platform. Zmara is an AI coach users have conversations with about real workplace challenges: navigating difficult conversations, managing up, dealing with imposter syndrome, and figuring out how to lead authentically.
The platform is built upon a Subversive Leadership framework developed from Dr. Latisha's dissertation and professional work. The four principles of Subversive Leadership are: dignity over conformity, liberation over approval, community over hierarchy, and transformation over navigation.
The free user tier (Explorer) gives access to five conversations per month with Zmara as a thinking partner. The Amplified Leader tier costs $79 per month and adds goal tracking, development milestones, and Zmara remembers past conversations. The Conscious Leader tier costs $149 per month and includes goal setting and tracking in external influence for managing down, sideways, and up.
Zmara uses a Leadership Profile Interview to develop a leadership story, style, strengths, areas for growth, and recommended development goals. Additionally, an Influence Dynamics Interview provides a profile analysis and recommended goals for managing up, managing peers, or managing teams. Other features include wellbeing check-ins, monthly professional updates, and career milestone tracking.
The platform is designed primarily for early and mid-career professionals, with particular attention to leaders from marginalized backgrounds who are developing their leadership identity.
