ClickHelp is a comprehensive, AI-powered SaaS documentation platform that distinguishes itself through specialized features for authoring, automation, and modern AI compatibility.
ClickHelp's answer
The primary audience for ClickHelp consists of technical writing teams and software companies of all sizes that require a professional solution for creating, hosting, and delivering documentation.
ClickHelp has completely transformed how our team handles technical documentation. As the Documentation Lead at Nimbus Software Solutions, I oversee content creation for multiple SaaS products, and we needed a tool that was both powerful and user-friendly. ClickHelp delivered on both fronts.
The interface is clean and intuitive, which made onboarding easyโeven for team members new to documentation platforms. Features like single-sourcing, version control, and real-time collaboration have improved our workflow. We also appreciate the customization options that let us maintain a consistent brand voice across all our content.
Publishing is fast and seamless, and the platformโs performance is reliable even with large documentation sets. Plus, ClickHelpโs support team has been responsive and knowledgeable whenever we needed help.
I like ClickHelp as we (my team) created a huge database with this tool and all the content is reusable. That makes the work simpler. We leave comments right inside the topic like in Google Docs. That is perfect! Nothing gets lost. The tool is cloud-based. So, we can work from any place. It happens that I make corrections during my weekend from home. It saves me from the necessity rush to the office. The portal is protected by a password. You may give access to your portal to your colleagues or readers and their permissions will be different. For us, the main advantage is that everything is in order and under control now.
I started to use ClickHelp a couple of years ago. So far it is the only service that gives me the ability to create several manuals from one and the same source. I create the initial document that contains all the information and then generate different outputs hiding and showing some parts of the document. I do not have to copy and paste the passages all the time. One more thing I love is the branding. As a freelancer, I am often engaged in several projects. So I have to take care of the consistency and corporate identity of my documentation for each project. Each company has its own rules. For ClickHelp it is not a problem. What I enjoy as well is that when something goes wrong I can get back to the exact version of the document that I need. All the changes are saved in the version history.

I used to work with Oxygen XML Author and easyDITA, which would be too expensive and might be overkill imo, so I was thinking about Madcap Flare or ClickHelp. Source: over 5 years ago
Sure there was basically a cartel in social media. You saw coordinated censorship campaigns to ban the former president of the United States for example. But I wouldn't discount the amount of political interference there as well. The last administration admitted to flagging individual posts for the social media companies. But it's also true there is a lot of coordinated censorship even without state interference.... - Source: Hacker News / 4 days ago

The thing is, even the center of the road academics who refrain from such comparisons are noting the similarity. The MAGA movement meets the traditional defining characteristics of fascio. We can be rigid and say that only Mussoliniโs political movement can be properly be called fascist. But if we call Hitler and the Nazis fascists as well, then we open the door to any movement that meets the criteria. And Trump... - Source: Hacker News / 29 days ago
