  • Dependence on AI
Over-reliance on Copilot's suggestions can lead to a lack of deep understanding of the code, which may hinder a developer's growth and problem-solving skills.
  • Licensing and Code Reuse Issues
There are concerns about the legality and ethics of using AI-generated code snippets that might be derived from copyrighted sources, which can lead to licensing issues.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Clianta.online and GitHub Copilot.

What makes your product unique?

Clianta.online's answer

Clianta is AI-native from the ground up, not a bolt-on AI layer over a legacy CRM. Most "AI-powered" CRMs give you a chatbot to ask questions or a button to auto-fill a field. That's still manual. Clianta uses an agentic AI that actually works in the background: it reads your calls and emails, understands what happened, infers the right pipeline stage, and updates everything on its own. No prompts, no buttons, no logging. The CRM updates itself because an agent is doing the work, not because a rep remembered to click something.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Clianta.online's answer

Most CRMs are built for managers to report on, not for reps to actually use. Clianta flips that. It eliminates the data entry burden entirely, so adoption stops being a problem and pipeline data stops being a lie.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Clianta.online's answer

Sales teams who are tired of chasing reps for CRM updates and tired of forecasting on stale data.

What's the story behind your product?

Clianta.online's answer

We kept seeing the same problem across sales teams: reps were spending more time maintaining the CRM than selling. The tool meant to help them was slowing them down. We built Clianta to make the CRM update itself.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Clianta.online's answer

LangChain, LangGraph, and a custom AI agent architecture that handles context extraction, pipeline inference, and CRM sync.
