You upload a document, record or attach a video walkthrough, and share it as one link.
The recipient opens that link and gets both at once. Your file and your voice, side by side. You can highlight specific sections of the document and tie each one to a timestamp in the video, so someone can click on a pricing table or a tricky clause and land on the exact moment you explain it. No scrubbing through a fifteen minute recording to find the thirty seconds they care about.
Behind the link, you get the part that's normally invisible. A notification the moment it's opened, page-level view times so you can see what they actually read and what they scrolled past, and an optional email gate that turns an anonymous forward into a named lead. That last one matters more than people expect, because it's how you find out your proposal has quietly been passed to the person who signs things.
It works with PDFs, slide decks, proposals and web-based documents.

CleanShotX [0] is what I used. Honestly the cloud hosting aspect is overpriced but it does make sharing a picture/video super easy for cases like this. I know macOS has annotation tools built-in for screenshots but CleanShotX's tools are about 1 billion times faster/easier to use. I use this tool all the time just to take a quick screenshot, add some arrows/circles/text/numbers and send it off. Not affiliated in... - Source: Hacker News / 10 months ago
On Mac I swear by CleanShot X [1] which has more than justified its price many times over for me. [1] https://cleanshot.com/. - Source: Hacker News / about 2 years ago
Above you see the final result of the download page on web. While working on this page I was going back and forth finetuning the design and I remembered there was this tool that could show you dimensions on the screen with the click of a button. Iโm a pixel perfect guy by nature and I do a lot of measuring when I develop my apps, but Iโm a bit more loose when I do something like this. However, some things were... - Source: dev.to / about 2 years ago
I take screenshots or short video recordings almost daily, and Cleanshot X is so great for this. - Source: dev.to / over 2 years ago
