Clarissa.one was created to help hospitality businesses better understand and respond to guest feedback. The platform was developed with the goal of simplifying feedback management, improving communication between teams, and enabling hotels to proactively solve guest issues before they escalate into negative experiences or reviews. The idea also comes from personal experience: while traveling, I often found myself under time pressure during check-out and missed a simple, effective way to share feedback quickly. In many cases, I ended up not giving feedback at all. Clarissa.one was built to close exactly this gap — making guest feedback fast, emotional, and effortless for both guests and hospitality teams.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Clarissa.one's answer

Backend: Laravel 12 (PHP 8.2+) serves as the application framework, with MySQL 8 as the database, Redis for caching, sessions and queues, and Laravel Horizon for queue management. Frontend: Vue 3 with TypeScript and the Composition API, bundled with Vite. Styling is handled by Tailwind CSS 4, with shadcn-vue/reka-ui as the component system.
