Privacy is Now the Exception. Most community and event planning tools are also advertising tools. When your organization posts on Facebook or a major ticketing platform, tracking pixels from companies like Meta register who views the page, who registers, and how they found you. That activity feeds into the same behavioral advertising network that powers targeted ads across the internet. None of this is hiddenโit is simply the default.
Civic Loop is not part of that ecosystem. There are no advertising partners, no cookies, and no behavioral data collected from your members or their activity. The conversations that happen inside a Space stay there. When ready to go public, then post on Eventbrite or similar.

After starting the project called socketify.py at https://github.com/cirospaciari/socketify.py, I got pretty good results and reviews, but many people asked if socketify.py could be used to create a WSGI and ASGI server. WSGI and ASGI have a lot of overhead, that's is why I choose not to use them in the first place, but adding an ASGI and WSGI server allows a lot of code already written to run faster!
