First, it is important to state that Stream is not a rolling release, at least not in the sense that you are thinking. It is "rolling" within a major release, but so are plenty of Linux Distributions. This is also why the centos.org website stopped using "rolling", and started using "continuos" instead at December 2020 (commit). I get that Red Hat has shown themselves to be less than trust worthy given the sunset of CentOS 8, the removal of the centos.org repo updates and the characterization of anyone who uses their software via a clone distro as being a "freeloader" or "parasite". Source: about 3 years ago

Those prices are quite high considering there are already cheaper options available with e/foundation, and iode with their proprietary privacy OS's and atsanik.com with CalyxOS and GrapheneOS. Source: about 5 years ago
Today we’re happy to have partnered with Teracube and successfully ported iodéOS to the 2E! If you are interested in the combination of iodéOS+2E you can either follow the installation process or directly buy a iodé 2E in our e-shop. Source: about 5 years ago
