I would say go to an ophthalmologist that specializes in dry eye. Why? If you nip this sucker in the bud you won't have worse problems in the future. If you are looking for "natural methods" to fix dry eye then yes if it is mild dry eye likely the symptoms can be treated. By natural I mean things you can stop doing like spending a lot of time looking at computer screens or smart phone screens.
