  • Care.com struggles
Just like most online narrative reviews people would rarely have reason to come here and post "I love care.com I just found a nanny!" it's a pointless post, people only tend to post to complain or get help with an issue. Care.com is more popular than ever and in most markets it's far and away the most popular app outside of Facebook and its various groups. I like the site but can still acknowledge its gotten worse... I've talked to other nannies with more experience who make up to $5 less than me. Look at... Source: over 2 years ago
  • What to do when parents sell their house.
Absolutely don't go into any home that's not government funded. If you have extra cash, pay it to hire someone through, e.g., care.com to visit your Dad in the home and provide extra assistance. Much cheaper to pay for some extra support in a publicly funded facility than to go into a 100% privately-funded one. Source: over 2 years ago
