CarCostCheck was built out of frustration with how much the established car-check sites charge. Buyers were paying £15 to £20 to check a single car they might not even buy, often repeating it across several vehicles. We wanted to give people the same official MOT, finance and write-off data for a fair price, plus the running-cost and valuation information you actually need before buying, so checking a car costs pounds rather than a small fortune.
