I don't have a fancy camera for streaming. I used to use my Logitech webcam, which was fine, but when I finally got a decent iPhone, I was like the camera on this is amazing! So I decided to use that for live streaming. Camo makes it possible to do that, and it has plenty of niceties like zooming, watermarks, filters, etc. - Source: dev.to / over 2 years ago
I've been using the Camo app for over a year. Works excellent. Even supports viewing the camera over wifi. No cable necessary. It is free for a basic account. Find it here: https://reincubate.com/camo/. - Source: Hacker News / almost 3 years ago
Just found a good one that works great with a cable connection: https://reincubate.com/camo/. Source: over 3 years ago
Maybe try Reincubate Camo, a software to use the iPhone as camera which is independent of Apple's continuity. I used it on windows when working at home in 2020 and 2021 during pandemic, and it had quite good video quality superior to built in cam of my laptop. They have it also for MacOS. Maybe it's compatible with your MacBook Pro. Source: over 3 years ago
I know you said you don’t want to use continuity camera but if you had an iPad or spare phone (doesn’t need to have a sim), you could use Camo. Source: over 3 years ago
If you want just patch management I'd suggest two tools at once - Pulp and Rundeck. Source: over 3 years ago
I found Pulp project https://pulpproject.org but I don't know if I can actually use it in my docker compose files for if it does what I need. Source: over 3 years ago
Would https://pulpproject.org/ do the trick? Source: almost 4 years ago
Pulp 3 has support for deb content. I have never used it in that capacity so I cannot speak to it. Source: about 4 years ago
Pulp 3 supports DEB content, too, but it's all CLI at the moment so you need be comfortable there all the time. Source: over 4 years ago
