  When I was starting out I used a subscription to Busuu and thought it was pretty good. They had listening exercises, vocab exercises, grammar/conjugation, and test exams.   I have been studying French for a few years (I still don't feel I would be very beneficial to you unfortunately, however) and a good place to look for language partners that I have found is busuu.com .   I highly recommend Membean for vocabulary development. It teaches word roots along with other words and uses multiple modalities. Once you've learned a word, it still brings it back to test you have remembered it. Just 20 min a day will pay off handsomely.   You can try out Membean, it was made for native English speakers and has like 6 levels ranging from middle school to advanced high school level. I find it very helpful. It helps you learn to spell and pronounce the word as well as giving written and video examples of its use.
