Pilates, yoga, boxing, BJJ, MMA, and reformer studios with multiple trainers and group class capacity. The common thread: the owner coaches AND runs the admin, and admin is killing them. Australian-based or AU-billing-aligned trainers get the most value because GST tax invoices, AUD pricing, and ATO compliance are built in.

BuildStability was founded by Matt Crofts, a CPA with 25 years building accounting and financial software for Australian businesses. After watching his own personal trainer burn five-to-nine hours a week on admin (chasing payments, building programs in spreadsheets, manually texting clients), he built the software they wished they had. Where automation isn't enough, AI removes the step entirely rather than make it faster. The product launched in 2025 with a single conviction: trainers should spend their time coaching, not on Sunday evenings in spreadsheets.
