I was looking for something like HMR for client side reloading a little while ago (HTML, CSS, etc), and ended up with just using the CLI of Browsersync[1] with a barebones config. It works, but feels shoehorned and wonky. I've had pretty good success with Facebook for these kind of user surveys, find a group or groups of the type of users you want to work with and check with the mods/rules that its ok to post surveys. I then use something like typeforms or involve.me to host my questions and make sure there are a few "qualifying" questions throughout the survey to later filter out responses that are a bad fit.
