This is pretty cool - the Jira/Linear integration could save a ton of manual work. How do you handle test data setup and teardown? That's usually where these workflows get messy. One of the plate recognizers I used identified the plate as NAK N97. However the license plate search turned up nothing. https://platerecognizer.com/ I cropped the picture of the car in question and uploaded it to the plate recognizer site. It labeled the make and model of the car as well as revealing the plate number it thought it saw. Source: over 3 years ago
This website seems useful: https://platerecognizer.com/. Source: over 3 years ago
For what it is worth, I tried a reverse image search via: https://platerecognizer.com/ with little success. It came back with a potential plate number of NAK N97... So I guess robots think the second letter could be 'A'. Source: over 3 years ago
