  Are you located in Canada? I am located in Canada and I had the same issue the a couple days ago; turns out the website I was trying to log into was "audible.com" instead of "audible.ca"- so I went to "audible.ca" instead of "audible.com", logged in, and that fixed it. Source: over 2 years ago

  I wanted to see what these virtual voice books were and couldn't find anything.   Yep. Although all the kindle books I bought on amazon.ca are whispersync compatible with my audiobook wishlist on my no longer active audible.com account. If I'm willing to pay the price listed + conversion to Canadian amount which makes the book more expensive. Whatever 7.49$ USD converted to CND is.   Despite all the technical stuff, my aim is always to make it sound as though we're sitting in front of that fire and you're being told a story.
