bitwarden
StackbitI moved from 1Password to Bitwarden about half a year ago. I never looked back, and I've never missed anything. The UI might be a touch clunkier than 1Password, but it's still good and perfectly usable on the whole. What is more, it is open-source and people can inspect its code.
Based on our record, bitwarden seems to be a lot more popular than Stackbit. While we know about 612 links to bitwarden, we've tracked only 3 mentions of Stackbit. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
I use bitwarden[0]. It covers all cases and devices in question. As a bonus, I self host using the open source vaultwarden[1] server implementation, which is packaged in alpine linux. [0] https://bitwarden.com/. - Source: Hacker News / 20 days ago
A more secure option is to use a password manager/vault application with Console integration, like Bitwarden, vault, pass, etc. Some will allow you to launch applications with environment variables pulled from secure storage. - Source: dev.to / 4 months ago
For solo developers: Skip Dashlane Premium unless you specifically need the built-in VPN. Bitwarden Premium at $3/month offers 90% of the functionality for 40% less money. - Source: dev.to / 5 months ago
Replace your password manager with Bitwarden, self-hosted and secure 2. - Source: dev.to / 6 months ago
Donโt try to remember them all. Use a password manager. It stores your passwords safely. Some good ones are Bitwarden, LastPass, and 1Password. - Source: dev.to / about 1 year ago
Similar is https://stackbit.com/. I've used it to make my React website visually editable so my marketers could have a WYSIWYG. - Source: Hacker News / about 4 years ago
Let's face it, developing sites and maintaining them is hard. I tried Stackbit, Netlify CMS and even Jamstack. - Source: dev.to / almost 5 years ago
If you are looking for a Jamstack builder that still offers a lot of customization room, I suggest looking at Stackbit. They provide a visual builder, and your code lives in GitHub, and you can choose your favorite SSG and deployment platform. You can select the Planty theme. It comes prebuilt with Snipcart, a custom shopping cart. Source: almost 5 years ago
