bitwarden Apache CloudStackI moved from 1Password to Bitwarden about half a year ago. I never looked back, and I've never missed anything. The UI might be a touch clunkier than 1Password, but it's still good and perfectly usable on the whole. What is more, it is open-source and people can inspect its code.

But there exist a number of open source projects which give you the ability to setup the basics (compute, storage, networking) on your own.
