Based on our record, Free Code Camp seems to be a lot more popular than Bing Maps. While we know about 576 links to Free Code Camp, we've tracked only 2 mentions of Bing Maps. It seems the feature is a bit more hidden than it used to be, but try going to https://bing.com/maps on a desktop browser (not mobile), and right-clicking somewhere on the map. You will hopefully see the "View bird's eye" option. (If you can't see the option for your location, test with London first - it's definitely available there). Source: about 2 years ago

Don't do bootcamp. Start with something like https://freecodecamp.org and take a few lessons. Try to build something from that and see how motivated you are. If you see some progress and this thing still excites you, then may be find an engineer (a friend/co worker etc) who can guide you a bit as you continue to build something.
