BigSpy's answer

For the struggles, I think it has always been differentiation. In today’s industry, it is not enough to have a good solid product. It is important to outwit and outdo the competition to rise in a competitive marketplace. Therefore, we have been working on data collection, accuracy, and modeling optimization to acquire users and outcompete others. We hope to help our customers achieve at BigSpy; we’re constantly reminded of it.
