BidsFactory is a global procurement intelligence platform that aggregates public tender opportunities from official sources worldwide into a single searchable database. Built and maintained by Aninver Development Partners, an international consulting firm specialising in development cooperation, the platform was created to solve a problem its founders encountered first-hand: procurement notices relevant to international consultants and contractors are scattered across hundreds of portals, published in dozens of languages and in incompatible formats.

The platform continuously monitors official procurement portals across more than 200 countries โ€” multilateral development banks including the World Bank, the African Development Bank, the Asian Development Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank and the EBRD, alongside the European Union's TED, the United Nations system and national procurement systems. Every opportunity comes from an official, publicly available source: BidsFactory does not generate or estimate tenders, but collects, translates and standardises what contracting authorities publish, always linking back to the original notice.
