The free version of Bibisco is a pretty good place to start. Here's an article about a couple other options as well. I've used Wavemaker Cards and like that, too. If you like spreadsheets to work with, TreeSheets is worth a look. It's a free-form spreadsheet, which means you can click on a line and create a new column or row. The other opinionated option is Pi (the Pi agent harness). This is a great lightweight option and also supports a number of providers.
