With the number of decks that I have to produce, I've succumb to using Themforest.net for some consistent deck themes. Those templates are fairly easy to tweak. However, as of late, I've started using beautiful.ai for building quick and decent-looking decks. I'm a new coder too. What helps me is finding a good place to learn the most basic principles and having 2-5 things I want to do. I started with codedex.io , learning Python and HTML and then took their courses and moved on looking for projects with tutorials. Little steps one by one.
