Beast Insights is the Payment Performance platform for subscription and recurring-billing businesses. It answers a question most payments teams cannot answer from processor reports: exactly where is revenue leaking inside our payments, and which of the fixes we pay for are actually working? Beast...

Beast Insights's answer
Beast Insights measures whether the fixes a merchant pays for actually worked. Most chargeback tools bill per alert regardless of outcome. Beast reports the share of alerts that genuinely prevented a chargeback, split by outcome (Effective Alert, Already Refunded, Alert Turned Into Chargeback, Invalid Order, Refund Error) and broken out separately for RDR, Ethoca and CDRN, then bills only for the effective ones and surfaces wasted alert spend so credits can be reclaimed.
The same principle applies to revenue: decline recovery is billed on what is recovered above the merchant's existing baseline, and approval-rate lift is isolated against a holdout control group so the contribution is measured rather than estimated. Beast is also MCP-native, so the data can be queried from Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor in plain English.
Beast Insights's answer
Subscription merchants routinely lose a meaningful share of revenue inside their own payment stack: charges that decline and are never recovered, transactions that should have approved on the first attempt, and chargeback alerts they pay for without ever learning whether any of them worked. The data needed to see this exists, but it is scattered across processors, gateways, subscription CRMs and alert vendors, and none of those systems will tell a merchant how much is leaking or which vendor is underdelivering.
Beast Insights was founded in 2024 by Shalin Rabadia to close that gap: aggregate payment data across every processor, show exactly where revenue is lost by decline code, issuer, BIN, merchant ID and billing cycle, act on it in the flow of funds, and charge only a share of what is actually recovered. The company is bootstrapped and based in Newark, Delaware.
Beast Insights's answer
Three reasons. First, pricing is tied to outcomes: Beast is paid a share of the revenue it recovers and lifts rather than a fee on processing volume, and alerts are billable only when proven effective.
Second, it covers the whole leak in one place, not one slice of it: declines, approval rates, chargebacks, refunds and prevention alerts, all broken down by decline code, issuing bank, BIN, gateway, merchant ID, acquirer, card brand and billing cycle.
Third, it proves its own contribution. Recovery is attributable transaction by transaction, and approval-rate lift is measured against a holdout rather than asserted.
Beast is not a payment processor, so it works across the processors, gateways and merchant IDs a business already uses instead of requiring a migration.
Beast Insights's answer
Subscription and recurring-billing businesses at mid-to-high transaction volume, running ten or more merchant IDs across multiple payment processors. The primary user is the payment operations lead; owners, finance and revenue operations teams use the same data for reporting. Common industries include digital subscriptions, subscription boxes, memberships, supplements, telehealth, gaming, beauty and DTC brands with recurring billing. It is less relevant to single-merchant-ID businesses or one-time-purchase models.
Beast Insights's answer
Cloud-hosted SaaS, delivered as a web application. Beast connects to payment processors, gateways and subscription CRMs via API to aggregate transaction data, and exposes its own data through an API and through MCP (Model Context Protocol), so it can be queried directly from AI tools including Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor. A built-in AI assistant supports natural-language querying.
