datahabibi is a data-first alternative to Dubai listing portals and fragmented market reports. It is built for buyers, investors, agents, and analysts who need actual Dubai property prices, rental yields, and transaction history rather than asking-price listings. Where listing portals optimize for leads and ads, datahabibi focuses on market intelligence: building-by-building DLD sale and rental context, ROI and gross-yield indicators, area intelligence, off-plan pipeline data, and a rent-vs-buy calculator. Use it to check what units actually sold for, compare buildings and areas, evaluate new projects, and research Dubai property opportunities without being pushed into a listing funnel.

Analysis of BayutAPI.dev

Overall verdict

  • BayutAPI.dev appears to be a niche third-party API service offering programmatic access to Bayut (a UAE-based real estate listing platform) property data, likely useful for developers and businesses needing UAE real estate data without official access, though its reliability, legality, and data accuracy depend on how it sources data from Bayut and whether it has proper authorization.

Why this product is good

  • Provides structured access to UAE real estate listings that may otherwise require manual scraping
  • Can save development time for building property search or aggregation tools
  • Likely offers simplified endpoints compared to building a custom scraper from scratch
  • May include filtering options for location, price, and property type relevant to the UAE market

Recommended for

  • Developers building real estate aggregator or comparison apps focused on the UAE market
  • Startups needing quick access to property listing data without building their own scraping infrastructure
  • Market researchers analyzing UAE real estate trends
  • Small businesses testing real estate data integrations before committing to official partnerships or enterprise data deals

Analysis of DataHabibi.ae

Overall verdict

  • I don't have verified, up-to-date information about DataHabibi.ae to make a confident assessment of its legitimacy, quality, or reliability. Since this appears to be a lesser-known or niche website, I'd recommend conducting independent research before using their services.

Why this product is good

  • I don't have specific data on this website's reputation, reviews, or track record
  • Unable to verify business registration, licensing, or operational history in the UAE
  • No confirmed information about pricing, service quality, or customer satisfaction
  • Cannot confirm data security practices or compliance with UAE data protection regulations

Recommended for

  • Before using this service, verify: business registration with UAE authorities, customer reviews on independent platforms, data privacy/security certifications, and contact with their customer support to assess responsiveness
  • Consider checking UAE Department of Economic Development records, Trustpilot or Google reviews, and any regulatory compliance certificates before committing to their services

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing BayutAPI.dev and DataHabibi.ae.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

BayutAPI.dev's answer

Being honest here - as an API sold through RapidAPI, we don't have visibility into exactly who is using it or what they've built. What we do know is that it's being used by:

PropTech developers building Dubai property search apps Real estate investment analysts pulling market and transaction data Agencies and brokerages building internal tools and dashboards Researchers and students doing UAE real estate market analysis Indie hackers building rental yield calculators and price trackers If you've built something with it, reach out at happyendpointhq@gmail.com - happy to feature it.

DataHabibi.ae's answer:

Early launch; public customer names are not disclosed yet.

What makes your product unique?

BayutAPI.dev's answer

It gives developers real-time programmatic access to Bayut - the UAE's largest property portal - without scraping, proxies, or infrastructure overhead. The data covers the full UAE market including property listings, off-plan projects, agents, agencies, developers, and 24 months of transaction history, all returned as clean structured JSON. No other API on RapidAPI covers Bayut's data at this depth.

DataHabibi.ae's answer:

dataHabibi combines Dubai real estate maps, DLD transaction data, building/project pages, ROI/yield analysis, AED/sqft charts, and area intelligence in one workspace. Unlike listings portals, it focuses on market evidence and property intelligence rather than only active listings.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

BayutAPI.dev's answer

Most alternatives either scrape data unreliably, cover only a fraction of the endpoints, or go unmaintained after a few months. BayutAPI is actively maintained, has sub-400ms response times, requires no proxies, and covers every major data type - listings, off-plan, agents, agencies, transactions, and location search - in one place. There is also a dedicated documentation site at bayutapi.dev and direct support via email.

DataHabibi.ae's answer:

Choose dataHabibi if you want to understand the Dubai property market before making a decision. It helps users compare buildings, projects, areas, prices, yields, transaction history, and market trends using data-first tools instead of relying only on listings or broker summaries.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

BayutAPI.dev's answer

Developers and technical founders building PropTech products for the UAE market - property search portals, investment dashboards, rental yield calculators, agent CRM tools, and market analytics platforms. Also used by data analysts and researchers who need structured UAE real estate data for investment analysis or academic work.

DataHabibi.ae's answer:

dataHabibi is built for UAE real estate agents, brokerages, investors, buyers, developers, valuers, lenders, and analysts who need reliable Dubai property data, market comparisons, and investment intelligence.

What's the story behind your product?

BayutAPI.dev's answer

Happy Endpoint built it out of a real frustration - there was no clean way to get UAE property data programmatically. Bayut has no public API, scraping it gets you blocked fast, and enterprise data feeds are priced out of reach for indie developers and small teams. So we built the API we wished existed, put it on RapidAPI, and kept the pricing accessible. The dedicated site is at bayutapi.dev.

DataHabibi.ae's answer:

dataHabibi was built because Dubai real estate research is fragmented. Listings, DLD transactions, off-plan project data, yield signals, and area trends often live in separate places. dataHabibi brings them together into a map-first intelligence platform for better property decisions.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

BayutAPI.dev's answer

RESTful HTTP API built on Node.js, served over HTTPS, hosted on scalable cloud infrastructure. Authentication via RapidAPI's API key system. Responses in JSON following OpenAPI 3.1 specification. Available at the base URL https://bayut14.p.rapidapi.com.

DataHabibi.ae's answer:

dataHabibi is built with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Mapbox, Supabase/Postgres, Stripe, Cloudflare, Tailwind CSS, and custom real estate data pipelines.
