What's the story behind your product?

BAYBOLT's answer

Every single day I wasted time jumping between parts sites, scribbling on greasy RO copies, chasing mechanics for schedule updates, and manually tracking hours on paper. Shop management software existed, but it all cost a fortune and charged per mechanic—which meant my team couldn't use it. I got fed up and built the exact tool I wished existed: full shop management with no per-seat fees, designed to work on a phone while you're under a lift. BAYBOLT is the app I carried in my head for years—now it's real, and I still use it in my own shop every day.
