I built ProBatchResizer to solve two problems: the tedious task of looking up image dimensions for different platforms and the privacy risk of uploading company assets to random servers. It uses WebAssembly and Multi-threading to do all the heavy lifting directly in the user's browser. It features 130+ presets covering everything from Amazon listings to print specs. Would love to hear your thoughts on the performance!

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Batch Image Resizer and Pro Batch Resizer.

What makes your product unique?

Pro Batch Resizer's answer:

It is the only batch resizer that combines 100% local browser-based processing (Privacy-First) with a massive library of 130+ specialized presets for social media, marketing, and print.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Pro Batch Resizer's answer:

Users choose us for security and speed. Unlike competitors, we never upload your images to a server. Plus, our multi-unit support (px, cm, mm, in) and built-in "polishing" tools (crop/rotate) create a complete professional workflow in one tab.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Pro Batch Resizer's answer:

Social media managers, e-commerce sellers (Shopify/Amazon), digital marketers, and graphic designers who need to quickly and securely optimize large batches of images for multiple platforms.

What's the story behind your product?

Pro Batch Resizer's answer:

It was born out of frustration with the "privacy tax"โ€”the risk of uploading sensitive assets to third-party servers just to resize them. I built it to provide a desktop-grade, secure tool that eliminates the need to manually look up platform dimensions.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Pro Batch Resizer's answer:

The core engine is built on WebAssembly (WASM) and Multi-threading to enable high-performance image processing directly in the browser. The frontend is built with React and Tailwind CSS for a fast, responsive user experience.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

Pro Batch Resizer's answer:

While we respect user privacy and don't track identities, our tool is widely used by freelance creative agencies, independent e-commerce brand owners, and privacy-conscious marketing teams who handle sensitive corporate assets.
