Baseline gives you one session a day. Mobility, strength, and breathwork in the same flow, under 20 minutes.

You don't pick a plan or browse a library. The app looks at how you've been moving and what you did yesterday, then builds today's session. Open it, do it, close it.

No streaks. No badges. No leaderboards. No social feed. No notifications guilting you back in. If it helps, you'll come back tomorrow. If it doesn't, you won't.

It works without equipment and you don't need an account to try it.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Baselinebody.app and Vim Python IDE.

What makes your product unique?

Baselinebody.app's answer

It combines mobility, strength, and breathwork into one daily session and builds it for you automatically. No plan to pick. No library to scroll. No streaks to protect. You open it, do the session and close it. The whole product is designed to be used briefly and forgotten about, not to keep you hooked.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Baselinebody.app's answer

Most fitness apps are built around engagement metrics. Streaks, badges, leaderboards, push notifications. They make money by keeping you in the app and sellnig novelty. Baseline is the opposite. One session a day, under 20 minutes, generated for you. No social feed. No tracking guilt. No upsells inside the workout. If you want a fitness app that respects your time and doesn't try to be your new social network, this is it.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Baselinebody.app's answer

Adults in their 30s, 40s, and 50s who want to move well for the next few decades, not chase a transformation. People who've tried gym programs, yoga apps, and HIIT plans. Knowledge workers with stiff backs and tight hips. Former athletes who need maintenance, not max effort. Anyone who wants daily movement without turning it into another thing to optimise.

What's the story behind your product?

Baselinebody.app's answer

I built it for myself first. I'd been cycling through fitness apps for years and every one of them felt like a casino. Streaks, push notifications, social pressure, gamified everything. None of it actually made me move better. I wanted something that gave me one good session a day, adapted to how I'd been feeling, and then got out of the way. When I couldn't find it, I built it.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Baselinebody.app's answer

Native iOS, built in Swift and SwiftUI. No cross-platform framework, no web wrapper. Local-first data with no required account or cloud sync. Apple's Liquid Glass design language for the UI.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

Baselinebody.app's answer

Pre-launch. The app launches 13/05/2026. Skip this one or write "Launching 13/05/2026, no customer list yet."
