After more than 30 years of playing in bands—and over a decade working in product management—I got tired of the chaos that came with organizing shows, coordinating people, and keeping track of who’s been paid. What started as a personal side project quickly turned into something real. I built BandMGT to solve a pain I knew other bandleaders shared, and to learn some new skills along the way. Now, it’s a growing platform focused on making band life less stressful and more fun.
