Axively is a web accessibility compliance platform that helps businesses meet the European Accessibility Act (EAA). It audits websites of up to 1,000 pages against WCAG 2.2 AA and EN 301 549, ranks violations by severity, and explains their impact on users with disabilities in plain language.

Each audit includes AI-powered fix suggestions with copy-paste code for developers, plus a guided manual assessment covering areas automated tests cannot reach, such as content clarity and multimedia quality. Axively generates ready-to-publish accessibility statements for all 27 EU member states in 22 languages and maps financial penalties and legal risks across EU jurisdictions.

Results are delivered as a detailed PDF report, with a free re-scan to verify remediation. All data is processed in the EU and the service is fully GDPR compliant. Axively is built for SMEs, e-commerce stores, and web agencies preparing client sites for EU accessibility requirements.

Pricing: flat €9 per scan (up to 1,000 pages); optional AI audit unlock from €9 to €99 based on pages scanned and highest severity found. Larger sites get an individual quote.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Axively and axe DevTools.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Axively's answer

SMEs, e-commerce stores, and web agencies operating in the EU that need to comply with the European Accessibility Act. Typical users are business owners and marketers who need a plain-language answer to "is my site compliant and what do I risk", and web developers who want concrete code fixes. Agencies use it to audit and certify client sites at scale.

What makes your product unique?

Axively's answer

Axively combines automated WCAG 2.2 AA and EN 301 549 scanning with things most checkers don't offer: AI-generated fix suggestions with copy-paste code, a guided manual assessment for criteria automated tests can't reach, and a compliance statement generator covering all 27 EU member states in 22 languages. It also maps financial penalties and legal risk per EU jurisdiction, so businesses see not just what is broken, but what it means for them under the European Accessibility Act. Simple one-time pricing (from €9 per scan) instead of subscriptions.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Axively's answer

Unlike overlay widgets (accessiBe, UserWay), Axively fixes accessibility at the source: it audits your code and gives developers exact fixes to apply, which is the approach EU regulators and accessibility experts recommend. Unlike enterprise platforms (Siteimprove), it needs no subscription or sales call — you scan a site for a flat €9 and unlock the AI audit from €9–99. It is built specifically for the European Accessibility Act: EN 301 549 rule sets, EU-jurisdiction legal risk mapping, and ready-to-publish statements for every EU member state.

What's the story behind your product?

Axively's answer

Axively was built by DEBRUSK s.r.o., a Czech software company, in response to the European Accessibility Act coming into force in June 2025. Most European SMEs still don't know the law applies to them, and most tools on the market either target enterprises or paper over problems with overlay widgets. Axively was created to make genuine, code-level EAA compliance affordable and understandable for any business — scan, fix, publish a statement, all in one tool.
