AutoCalcs is a browser-based 3D structural analysis and steel design platform built for engineers who want a faster, more accessible alternative to traditional desktop FEA software. Create and edit beams, frames, trusses, and plate models directly in your browser, apply loads and combinations, run analysis, and inspect results in an interactive 3D workspace with no installation required.

The platform supports linear static, P-Delta, elastic buckling, and modal analysis, along with tension-only and compression only members, spring supports, support settlements, thermal loads, member eccentricities, and rigid diaphragms. Engineers can review deflections, reactions, member forces, stresses, mode shapes, buckling results, and plate contours directly on the model.

Integrated hot-rolled steel member design checks are available for AISC 360-16 and AISC 360-22, Eurocode 3, AS4100:2020, and CSA S16-19. Results include governing utilisation ratios, detailed checks, and PDF hand calculations to support engineering review and documentation.

AutoCalcs also includes regional section and material libraries, automatic load-combination generation, model health checks, structure wizards, area-load distribution, DXF import, and professional PDF and Excel reporting. Projects can be saved to the cloud, accessed across devices, and shared with others through a model link.

Whether you are checking a single member, studying structural behaviour, or analysing a complete 3D model, AutoCalcs brings modelling, analysis, steel design, and reporting together in one streamlined web application.
