Auferet is an AI Game Master that remembers your world. Instead of starting fresh every session, it keeps your characters, locations, and events in dedicated memory libraries, so the story stays consistent the longer you play.
Upload your own lore and Auferet works it into the narrative. Describe a character in plain language, then let the AI track inventory, traits, status effects, quests, and NPC relationships for you.
What you can do:
Auferet runs in any browser and on Android through Google Play. The free plan gives you 10 actions a day with the complete feature set, so you can try everything before deciding to upgrade. Paid plans drop the daily limit and add more capable AI models with stronger reasoning and memory.

Auferet's answer
Auferet remembers. It keeps your characters, locations, and events in separate memory libraries, so the world stays consistent no matter how long the campaign runs. You can upload your own lore and the AI pulls from it during play instead of losing track of it after a few scenes. That memory, plus 5e and Pathfinder 2e rules with a built-in dice roller and real-time multiplayer, is what sets it apart from a plain AI chat.
Auferet's answer
Most AI storytelling tools drift once a session gets long and forget what you set up. Auferet is built the other way around, with a memory system that holds your lore, inventory, quests, and NPC relationships together across a whole campaign. You bring your own setting, play solo or with friends in real time, and keep every adventure as a file you can download. It is free to start, so you can find out whether the memory holds up before you pay anything.
Auferet's answer
People who already play AI roleplaying and adventure games and want one that actually remembers their world. That is the core audience: players who love open-ended AI storytelling and interactive fiction but keep hitting an AI that forgets their characters and plot. Solo and small-group tabletop players who want a Game Master on demand are a secondary audience on top of that.
Auferet's answer
I built Auferet because I was fed up with other AI adventure games. They could never hold onto the world I was playing in. It began as a side project, and somewhere in the middle of arguing about it with people at college, I looked at what it had turned into and decided to drop out and make it a real product. Everything in it is built around the thing those other games kept getting wrong: memory that actually sticks.
Auferet's answer
Auferet runs on Google Gemini models, with retrieval-augmented generation (File Search) behind the uploaded-lore memory. The web app is hosted on AWS, and the Android version ships through Google Play. Player worlds and saves stay in the browser and in downloadable files rather than on a server, which keeps your adventures yours.
