AstuteGraphics mentions (4)

  • What do you hate about Adobe Illustrator?
I wouldn't say "hate", but Astute Graphics has made several plugins for 20+ years (if we count their lives before AG) that provide significant functionality that Illustrator lacks, and should have been created in Illustrator itself long ago. That's really my biggest gripe with Illustrator. Source: about 3 years ago
  • Snap angled shapes?
If you regularly use Illustrator for more precise design work, I HIGHLY recommend the Astute Graphics plug-ins. Collider Scribe in particular will help you snap things together far better than default Illustrator. I can't imagine working without the "rotate at collision" and "rotate to collision" tools any more. Source: almost 4 years ago
  • Is there is any tool in Adobe Illustrator which Auto Trace the vector?
I have found the plugin for this problem astute graphics plugin. But the thing is it is not the free and I am looking for the built-in tool. Source: about 4 years ago
  • What is a little known designer resource that you believe every artist should know about?
Definitely check out https://astutegraphics.com/ if you use illustrator a lot. There's a lot of really great time saving tools packaged into one plugin. Source: about 4 years ago
