YearRoundRunning is a free, web-based running plan generator designed to help runners of all levels train smarter, stay injury-free, and reach their goals, without downloading an app or a paywall. Whether you're training for your first 5K or your next marathon, the generator creates a fully personalized plan based on your fitness level, schedule, race date, and pace range in just seconds.

Unlike static PDF plans or expensive subscription apps, YearRoundRunning adapts to real-life runners. You choose how many days a week you want to train, set your preferred long-run day, and select your goal distance. The tool then calculates weekly distances, adjusts training intensity and paces, and even builds in recovery and taper weeks,so your plan is not only customized but also balanced and sustainable.

Built by a passionate runner after completing multiple marathons and ultras, the mission behind YearRoundRunning is simple: make high-quality training more accessible. Too many runners, especially beginners, are left guessing or following one-size-fits-all advice because well-structured plans are hidden behind paywalls. This leads to poor preparation, burnout, and unnecessary injuries.

With a sleek, editable interface and a commitment to keeping core features free, YearRoundRunning empowers runners to take control of their training journey. No gimmicks, no sign-ups, just clear, structured, coach-informed plans that work.

Over 300 runners have already registered and created accounts to save, download and customize their plans, showing a growing community of runners who trust the platform to guide their training.
