Your chatbot launches already knowing your products, services, pricing, and FAQs. What Chatsloop does:

Answers visitor questions 24/7 using your website content as its knowledge base Captures lead information (name, email, phone) automatically during conversations Supports 95+ languages — detects the visitor's language and responds accordingly Provides a real-time analytics dashboard showing what visitors ask most Sends instant email alerts when a human needs to take over a conversation Deploys on any website with a single line of embed code

Who it's for: Small businesses, SaaS companies, e-commerce stores, law firms, real estate agencies, healthcare providers, restaurants, and any website owner who wants to convert more visitors without hiring a support team. Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing ASP.NET and Chatsloop.

What makes your product unique?

Chatsloop's answer:

Most chatbot tools make you build the bot from scratch — writing every question, every answer, every conversation flow. It takes weeks and requires someone technical to maintain it. Chatsloop starts from your website. Paste your URL, and the crawler reads your pages, extracts your content, and builds the entire knowledge base automatically. Your chatbot launches already knowing your business — your products, services, pricing, team, and FAQs — without you writing a single response. Three things make Chatsloop stand out: Zero setup time. Most businesses are live in under 5 minutes. No flows to design, no scripts to write, no developer needed. It learns from what you already have. Your website, PDFs, and Word documents become the chatbot's brain. Update your website and re-crawl — the bot stays current automatically. Priced for real businesses. Starting at €19/month, Chatsloop delivers capabilities that competitors charge €90–€300/month for. Enterprise features without enterprise pricing.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Chatsloop's answer:

The chatbot market is crowded, but most tools were built for large teams with dedicated support staff, technical resources, and enterprise budgets. Chatsloop was built for everyone else. Compared to Tidio: Tidio requires you to manually build every conversation flow and response. Chatsloop crawls your website and sets itself up automatically. Same outcome, a fraction of the effort. Compared to Intercom: Intercom starts at €90/month and assumes you have a support team to manage it. Chatsloop starts at €19/month and runs itself — no team required. Compared to Drift: Drift is designed for enterprise sales teams. Chatsloop is designed for business owners who just want it to work. Compared to Crisp: Crisp is primarily a live chat tool. Chatsloop is AI-first — it handles conversations autonomously, not just when a human is available. The honest reason to choose Chatsloop is simple: you get a working AI chatbot today, not after a three-week setup project. And you pay for what you actually use, not for features built for a team ten times your size.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Chatsloop's answer:

Chatsloop's primary audience is small to mid-sized business owners and founders who have a website, get regular traffic, but have no dedicated support team to handle visitor questions around the clock. They are typically non-technical — they built their website on WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or Webflow, and they want tools that work without hiring a developer. They are time-poor, budget-conscious, and frustrated by losing potential customers simply because no one was available to answer a question at the right moment. Secondary audiences include digital marketing agencies managing multiple client websites, SaaS founders who need automated onboarding support, e-commerce store owners looking to reduce cart abandonment, and professional service firms — law, real estate, healthcare — where answering the same questions repeatedly consumes significant staff time. What unites all of them is the same problem: visitors arrive, have a question, get no answer, and leave. Chatsloop exists to close that gap — automatically, affordably, and without technical expertise.

What's the story behind your product?

Chatsloop's answer:

Chatsloop started with a frustration I kept running into while helping businesses build their online presence. Every client would launch their website excited about the traffic they were going to get. A few weeks later, the conversation would shift. Visitors were coming, but they weren't converting. The website looked great but it wasn't doing anything when people actually arrived. The pattern was always the same. Someone would visit at 11pm with a simple question — how much does this cost, do you deliver to my area, what documents do I need. No one was there to answer. They left and never came back. Live chat required hiring people. The chatbot tools that existed were either too expensive, too complicated to set up, or so rigid that they frustrated visitors more than they helped them. Every solution assumed you had a team, a budget, and a developer. So I built Chatsloop — a chatbot that reads your website and knows your business from day one. No flows to design. No scripts to write. No developer to hire. Just paste your URL and your chatbot is live in five minutes. It's the tool I kept wishing existed for every client I ever worked with. Now it does.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Chatsloop's answer:

Frontend: Next.js 15, React, Tailwind CSS — server-side rendered for fast load times and strong SEO performance. Backend: Next.js API Routes (Node.js runtime), deployed on Vercel with edge functions for global low-latency responses. Database & Auth: Supabase — PostgreSQL database with Row Level Security, real-time capabilities, and built-in authentication. AI Engine: OpenAI GPT-4o — powers all chatbot conversations, intent understanding, and response generation. Payments: Stripe — handles subscriptions, billing, trials, plan switching, and webhook events. Email: Resend — transactional emails for lead alerts, human handoff notifications, and system emails. Web Crawling: Custom Node.js crawler built on Cheerio — extracts and cleans website content to build the chatbot knowledge base. Embeddings & Knowledge Base: OpenAI text-embedding-3-small — converts website content into vector embeddings for semantic search and accurate answers. Deployment: Vercel — automatic CI/CD from GitHub, global CDN, serverless functions, and zero-downtime deployments.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

Chatsloop's answer:

Chatsloop launched recently and is actively growing its customer base. Our early customers include small business owners, digital marketing agencies, SaaS founders, and e-commerce store operators across Europe who are using Chatsloop to automate visitor support and capture leads around the clock. As a bootstrapped product built for small and mid-sized businesses, we don't have Fortune 500 logos to display — and that's intentional. Our customers are the businesses that the enterprise chatbot tools ignored: the law firm that can't afford Intercom, the Shopify store owner who doesn't have a support team, the SaaS founder who needs onboarding automation without a six-month implementation project. We're early, we're growing, and we're focused on making every customer successful before we talk about scale.
