It also keeps materials, style and lighting consistent across an entire set of renders (exterior, interior, landscape) from one upload, and it's priced per project rather than as a year-round subscription, so it fits occasional rendering needs rather than daily studio work.

Full CAD/BIM rendering plugins like Enscape, D5 Render or Veras are excellent, but only pay off if you render often enough to justify a year-round subscription and licence. ArchVizr needs no plugin or CAD software at all — you upload an export or even a hand sketch — and you only pay for the renders you actually need, which fits independent architects, students and small studios whose rendering needs are real but occasional rather than a daily workflow.
