Just some suggestions you have an fstop of 1.8 but no lense for that fstop, octane render is more for 3d games etc try Maxwell Render which uses physical correct lighting, testp is for photorealism why the p on the end, unreal is a game engine and not a rendering engine https://maxwellrender.com/.
