Apache Karaf with OSGi works pretty nice using annotation based dependency injection with the declarative services, removing the need to mess with those hopefully archaic XML blueprints. If you are using the version of pgadmin that can be downloaded from pgadmin.org, it does not list ubuntu 22.04 on it's list of supported distros. It likely depends on libraries or other dependencies that are not available anymore. Might want to see if you have any better luck if you install from source. Source: over 4 years ago
