ANTLoops is a framework and platform for recognising recurring thought and behaviour patterns - the familiar mental trails we can find ourselves following even when we know they are not helping us.
At the centre of ANTLoops is Find Your Loop, a free interactive self-reflection tool designed to help people recognise the recurring pattern underneath behaviours such as procrastination, avoidance and self-sabotage.
Rather than focusing only on the behaviour itself, Find Your Loop explores the sequence around it: what tends to trigger the pattern, the thoughts and responses that follow, and how repetition can make a particular response increasingly familiar.
The wider ANTLoops framework explores the distinction between recognising a pattern and interrupting it. Awareness can make the trail visible, but recognising a familiar response does not automatically mean responding differently.
ANTLoops uses the metaphor of trails to make recurring patterns easier to understand: repeated routes become familiar, and familiar routes can become easier to follow.
ANTLoops and Find Your Loop are designed for self-reflection and education. They are not diagnostic tools, medical assessments or substitutes for professional mental-health care.

I've used https://www.fastmail.com for a great deal of years now, which is also home to my calendar as well so there's nothing much of value tied to my Google account. YouTube subscriptions would be annoying to lose but... - Source: Hacker News / almost 2 years ago
You may want to look into https://exist.io/. It's a very indie developer duo out of Australia (IIRC). And also IIRC they were looking for a buyer on Twitter some time ago. - Source: Hacker News / about 3 years ago
I have used this previously when tracking health metrics and I couldn't much else that had integrations. https://exist.io/. - Source: Hacker News / about 3 years ago
Hey guys, thinking of tracking wellness metrics such as sleep water intake etc to a dashboard/app. The main tools I have found are Exist.io, Gyrosco.pe, and conjure.so. For those of you who have tried them I would love to know what are the pros and cons with each one? Or if you have any better ones any help is greatly appreciated! Source: about 3 years ago
