Annote is an AI-powered bug reporting tool that turns vague reports into diagnosed, developer-ready tickets.
Most bug reports arrive as a mystery โ "the checkout button doesn't work." No page, no steps, no context. Someone has to reproduce it from scratch before real work starts. Annote removes that step.
How it works: Click the element that's broken on any site โ production, staging, or localhost. Say what's wrong, either by speaking or typing. Annote writes a structured ticket with a screenshot, the console errors, the network requests, and your actions โ and an AI reads that evidence to flag the likely cause before an engineer opens it.

Share a session with one link. Anyone can open it in their browser with no signup and no install, so clients and stakeholders can follow along and comment. Sessions can carry your own logo for client work.
What gets captured: console errors and logs, read by the AI for the likely cause. Network requests, status codes, and bodies, with every request copyable as cURL. A full user-action timeline, in plain English for PMs or element-level detail for engineers. A screenshot of the exact element. And voice โ speak the bug, and the AI writes the ticket.
Private by design. Annote captures nothing until you start a session. Secrets and common PII โ tokens, emails, card numbers, API keys, auth and cookie headers โ are redacted in your browser before anything is stored or sent. It never reads what users type, runs on four browser permissions, and uses no third-party analytics.

I run a web studio, and the same thing kept happening: a client or teammate would report a bug - "the checkout button doesn't work" - and before anyone could fix it, someone had to become a detective. Which page? What browser? What did they click? That reconstruction happened on every single bug, and it was pure overhead.
The context that would have made the report useful - the console errors, the failing network request, the steps taken - was right there in the browser at the moment it broke. It just wasn't being captured.
So I built Annote to capture it automatically, let an AI read it, and put every report in one place a team could actually work from.
