KohaAngular is particularly recommended for teams building large-scale, dynamic web applications that require a robust framework with well-defined architecture. It's also ideal for developers who prefer TypeScript and need an integrated, full-featured development environment.
Koha is recommended for public libraries, academic institutions, and special libraries that require a flexible and scalable system. It is particularly beneficial for libraries with limited budgets since it eliminates licensing fees and allows for custom development and integration with existing systems.
