If you've ever used Google Messages for Web, you know the pain: you want to send a particular emoji, but instead of searching for it, you're stuck scrolling through endless categories hoping to find the right one. It's 2026, this SO shouldn't be a thing! - Source: dev.to / 7 months ago

Another trick I use for full messaging while on my laptop/tablet, is use https://messages.google.com/web and pair with my phone Great for copy/paste of OTP and other messages that get sent to my phone There is also a similar capability for WhatsApp messaging: https://web.whatsapp.com/. - Source: Hacker News / 12 months ago

If you're using Android (presumably with Google), there's Google Messages on Web that handles SMS: https://messages.google.com/web/ I used it for several years and found it quite reliable, unlike Apple's way of handling SMS/iMessage on each Apple device separately. - Source: Hacker News / over 2 years ago

CodeClimate and Codacy can generate before/after metrics for code quality that make the starting and ending states concrete rather than subjective. - Source: dev.to / 3 months ago
CodeClimate quantifies maintainability so teams canโt hand-wave garbage away. - Source: dev.to / 11 months ago
Code Climate: Link - Automated code review and quality analysis for codebase health. - Source: dev.to / about 1 year ago
Use tools like SonarQube or CodeClimate to spot the high-risk 20%. Then fix one thing at a time not everything at once. This isnโt Dark Souls. - Source: dev.to / over 1 year ago
