    Just a okay experience

    Registration process is really hectic though once registered everything is smooth as expected. Huge collection of products but the shipping fees are high and taxes. Amazon should definitely change their UX its getting dull now. Customer support is on point but the sellers should be accounted for as i have been getting wrong products and seller starts ghosting, amazon helped me a lot anyways. I hope these will be heard

    Amazon has best shopping experience with us. Everything in this platform is very nice. I like Amazon and also refer others to follow that platform. But there is no direct customer relationship, has high operations cost and there is no control over return policies.
