ShiftFlow is a workforce management platform for small to midsize organizations with deskless employees, with a focus on field service and construction. It centralizes scheduling, GPS based time tracking, job codes, and document storage so crews, sites, and records stay in sync and move cleanly to payroll.
Scheduling tools include templates, copy week, open shifts, shift swap requests with approval, and coverage warnings that highlight conflicts before they cause gaps. Time tracking supports GPS verified clock ins on iOS, Android, and web, optional geofences, and rules for breaks, overtime, and differentials to support labor compliance. Missed punch and late start alerts surface exceptions in real time. Job codes attach hours to projects and phases for cost tracking by job, site, and role, with exportable reports.
The document center stores certifications, safety manuals, SOPs, and site instructions with access controls and expirations. Roles and permissions limit who can view or edit schedules, timecards, and files. Multilingual interfaces help mixed experience crews get up to speed quickly.
Managers gain a live view of who is working, where, and on what task, plus fast approvals for timecards and schedule changes. Crew members can clock in, review assignments, request swaps, and access documents from their phones. ShiftFlow is designed for mobile crews that cannot afford downtime, including contractors, maintenance and repair services, cleaning and janitorial, security and patrol, home care, retail, and hospitality. It replaces scattered spreadsheets with a single system that improves schedule reliability, time accuracy, and handoffs to payroll while reducing administrative overhead.

ShiftFlowYou could say a lot of things about AWS, but among the cloud platforms (and I've used quite a few) AWS takes the cake. It is logically structured, you can get through its documentation relatively easily, you have a great variety of tools and services to choose from [from AWS itself and from third-party developers in their marketplace]. There is a learning curve, there is quite a lot of it, but it is still way easier than some other platforms. I've used and abused AWS and EC2 specifically and for me it is the best.
