All Onboard is the platform for managing AI agents and the knowledge that powers them. Whether your agents help customers, employees, students, partners, or your own internal teams, All Onboard gives you one place to design them, ground them, deploy them, and improve them over time.

Build purpose-built agents with their own prompts, models, knowledge scope, and behavior. Connect the sources your organization already uses and All Onboard handles chunking, embedding, hybrid retrieval, query expansion, and reranking automatically. Deploy each agent across the communication channels that matter to you. The knowledge layer is what makes All Onboard different. Every answer is scored against real outcomes, so you know which documents are working, which are misleading your agents, and which topics your knowledge base doesn't cover yet. The platform suggests rewrites with evidence drawn from actual conversations, turning knowledge curation from a never-ending backlog into a closed feedback loop. Pair that with draft mode for human review, confidence-based escalation, per-tenant data isolation, hierarchical SLA policies, and an LLM-agnostic provider layer. and you get a platform that scales from a single agent to an org-wide source of truth.

Use cases
- Customer-facing AI agents (support, success, onboarding, sales) - Internal AI agents (HR, IT, ops, enablement, knowledge lookup) - Partner and reseller enablement agents - Education and training agents - Product expert and documentation agents - Anywhere knowledge needs to be answered consistently at scale

Target audience Any team or organization deploying AI agents grounded in their own knowledge. Customer-facing, employee-facing, or partner-facing. From a single team running one agent to an enterprise managing dozens across departments.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing AllOnboard.ai and CodeBlinks.

What makes your product unique?

AllOnboard.ai's answer

All Onboard is the only AI knowledge platform with a self-improving knowledge base. Every conversation generates signal: documents are scored based on real outcomes, escalation patterns automatically surface missing documentation, and expert knowledge from resolved escalations is distilled into new documents. Competitors require humans to maintain their knowledge bases. All Onboard's gets better on its own.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

AllOnboard.ai's answer

Most AI support platforms are built for consumer-facing companies handling transactional questions like order status and returns. All Onboard is built for technical client-facing teams whose customers need implementation guidance, API help, and product expertise. First-class Slack and Telegram support meets your customers where they already work with you. Draft Mode lets you review every AI response before it reaches a customer. Confidence-based escalation ensures the AI knows when to ask for help, not just when a script runs out of steps.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

AllOnboard.ai's answer

Technical client-facing teams at B2B SaaS companies. VP of Support, VP of Customer Success, and CTOs who need to scale the knowledge and expertise that gets customers successfully implemented and productive. Teams whose customers are developers, implementation engineers, and technical stakeholders communicating in Slack, Telegram, E-mail and anywhere else your customer prefers to work with you.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

AllOnboard.ai's answer

Next.js, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Pinecone, Express. Channels are integrated natively through the Slack API, Telegram Bot API, and custom adapters for email, WhatsApp, and in-app chat. All Onboard is LLM agnostic, we use the best model(s) available for your use-cases.

What's the story behind your product?

AllOnboard.ai's answer

All Onboard was founded by a team of implementation, solutions engineering, and customer success leaders who spent years helping fast-growing companies onboard customers onto complex technical products.

We saw the same problem at every company, across industries: as companies scale, the knowledge that makes customers successful stays locked in the heads of your best people. Documentation gets scattered across API docs, guides, Slack threads, Email, and internal wikis. Traditional chatbots can't handle the depth technical buyers expect. Hiring more support and implementation engineers to answer the same questions isnโ€™t how you should scale.

We built All Onboard because we lived this problem. We knew that the real bottleneck wasn't headcount, it was knowledge curation. The companies that win are the ones that can capture what their best people know, keep it current, and make it available to every customer at any time on any communication channel the client prefers. That's why we built a platform where every conversation from every channel is captured and can be interacted with. The knowledge base improves itself. Every conversation generates signals about which documents work and which don't. Escalations automatically surface gaps. Expert knowledge from resolved issues gets distilled into new documentation. The result is an AI knowledge platform that compounds your team's expertise as a force multiplier, instead of letting it decay.
